The chip system is a cost-effective, entry-level solution for tool management. It simplifies installation and configuration, allowing you to upgrade almost any machine tool with ease. Only a USB port on the machine and a presetting device equipped with our RFID technology are required. Data is automatically transferred from the presetter to the tool, and then transmitted to the machine via the chip system. Manual data input is minimized, significantly reducing the risk of errors and setup time.

Our chip system consists of two standard components with integrated RFID technology: a microcontroller and a power supply.
